How do I schedule an appointment?

Citylife Acupuncture uses Janeapp to schedule appointments, manage patient intake forms, check balances, and share documents securely. This allows us to ensure patient privacy and HIPPA compliance. To schedule an appointment, click here.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, personal check, and major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay).

Do you accept mobile payments?

Yes! We accept touchless mobile payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Do you take insurance ?

We accept Blue Shield California, United Healthcare, Triwest Healthcare Alliance, Workers' Compensation partnered w/ Medrisk. To check your coverage, click here.

What happens if I canโ€™t make my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment using janeapp portal or call 415-347-6462. Cancelation without 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $30.00 cancelation fee.
